Gina Milani and Clay Rehm founded Rehm Technology LLC in October 1996 for the sole reason to design and implement solutions that solve real business problems, and have earned a reputation
for quality and customer service.
Gina Milani is a native to Rock Island, Illinois. Her background in management, accounting, marketing and her entrepreneurial spirit helped her to co-found Rehm Technology and obtained
their first client!
Gina attended college at Northern Illinois University with a major in business. She has successfully started, managed and sold other businesses in the past and has used that experience
to successfully manage Rehm Technology. Gina has over 20 years of experience in business management and she is the Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Human Resources Manager, Account (Client) Manager and a
Technical Writer. Gina does everything except program the computers!
Clay has been an Information Technology (IT) professional since 1985. He graduated from Carroll College (Waukesha WI) with honors in 1988 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Even while attending school
full-time, he managed to work full-time as a computer operator and computer programmer. He got his first taste of mainframe environments, in this case NCR equipment. He recently earned his Masters Degree
in Software Engineering (with honors again!).
After college, Clay worked for many years as a programmer, analyst and project lead at CUNA Mutual Group in Madison WI, where he was exposed to many different technologies, platforms
and opportunities. He was responsible for the Enterprise Data Warehouse design and implementation, as well as the analysis, design and development of many other important applications, using DB2, Cobol,
SAS, Cool:Gen (Composer/IEF), Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, Xbase tools, QMF.
Since founding Rehm Technology, we have designed and implemented successful Data Warehouses, Decision Support Systems and Operational Systems for clients such as Mutual of Omaha, American
Family Insurance, Principal Financial Group, State of Wisconsin, Eckland Consultants and CUNA Mutual Group.
Clay co-authored a book “Impossible Data Warehouse Situations with Solutions from the Experts” with other noted industry experts (Sid Adelman, Joyce Bischoff, Jill Dyche,
Douglas Hackney, Sean Ivoghli, Chuck Kelley, David Marco and Larissa Moss). He is also a technical book editor, having provided input into the book “Data Resource Quality” by Michael Brackett and
the book “Data Warehouse Project Management” by Adelman and Moss.
Gina also volunteers her time helping other small businesses grow and flourish. Both Clay and Gina find it is important to give to the community, and are always ready to extend a
helping hand.
